I Believe in UFO’s
Under the desert stars, in the dusty outskirts of Las Vegas, that's where I grew up. Just a stones throw from Area 51. So it‘s no wonder the first books I checked out from my school library were about UFO’s. Large, thin, hardback books, full of mysterious grainy photos of what appeared to be visitors from outer space. This was my introduction into the supernatural.
I Don't Know Anything
For me, just looking into the night sky can be a gut check of the highest order. It forces me to acknowledge my own stupidity in the face of infinite knowledge. I love this feeling. So much so, I drew a doodle to represent that idea. At first glance, you’ll notice three circles, but there’s actually five. Here’s what they mean to me…
Stop Being a Perfectionist
Take it from me, being a perfectionist is just a lame excuse for not finishing things. It’s a self-serving label that gives us a simple reason to say “it’s not done yet”, and to put things off for another day. Is it possible that we’re just afraid of being seen?
