PRIVATE BOOKINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS:
+ What happens in the stage show?
Much of this show is riding on surprise, but YOU will not be left in the dark. Matt can go into detail over the phone, but it's enough to say this is a participatory show. Interacting with people on stage and in the audience, you might see Matt guess pin numbers, duplicate a drawing in your mind, even answer questions about your future that you're merely thinking of. Upon request, Matt can also highlight key people in your group or company to share the limelight and make them (and you) look like the star.
+ How long is the performance?
Shows are normally between 30 - 45 minutes, but the show can be anywhere from 5 - 60 minutes depending on your needs. Matt Cooper is an excellent choice for a before or after-dinner show -- whether he's a special addition or the main attraction.
+ Will he attend my cocktail party as a 'Mystery Guest'?
Yes! Matt fits perfectly into any cocktail party or reception. Events with a conversational atmosphere are ideal, so he can mingle and perform for small groups of people. Please note, If the music is above conversation level, or the lighting is too dark to read a menu, this is not a good fit.
+ How will he interact with guests at my cocktail party?
His approach in this setting is far less structured than a stage show. It's conversational and free flowing by nature. That's partly why it's so special, anything can happen. He may guess how much money is in your pocket, or answer an impossible challenge question like "what was my first dogs name?" The possibilites are endless and extremely thought-provoking. Before long, word will spread and your guests (even the skeptical ones) will be seeking out the man who can look into your eyes, and read your inner most thoughts.
+ Does he have any testimonials?
Absolutely. Matt often receives emails from his private clients glowing with praise. If you'd like to read a highlight selection of these reviews, please go to this page.

+ What is a Mentalist, exactly?
Answer from Matt Cooper: In short, a mentalist is an entertainer who simulates extraordinary mental power via theatrical illusion and applied psychology -- all in the name of a damn good show. A mentalist is not a psychic, and does not have abilities beyond that which can be learned. I've expanded upon this on my blog.
